Acceptance of General Sales Conditions
Confirming an order made on the Young Charly website by an internet user (clicking on the "confirm order" button) implies full and complete acceptance of all the present general sales conditions. This contract is drawn up in accordance with Belgian law. Full competence corresponds to the courts of the jurisdiction of Antwerp (Belgium).

Once the buyer has placed an order, he is committed to the details given: the seller does not accept any responsibility for any errors in the delivery address provided, resulting in the non-delivery of goods.
Orders are not considered firm until the buyer has paid for them. All our offers are only valid if there is stock available, without obligation and provided it has not been sold. Considering that some wine are available only in limited quantities, restrictions on quantities may apply to some products. In such case, the amount available is to be understood as limited per household (same name, address, email address). Young Charly strictly reserves the right to refuse orders in case of doubt about the former existence of an identical order.

Delivery and receipt
The wines are delivered in original wooden cases or cardboard boxes of 6 or 12 bottles, in one single delivery at one address in Belgium or to be picked up at Young Charly. Free delivery is available for orders for at least 250 € VAT excluded(wine) or 36 bottles (liquor). Smaller orders will be charged extra with € 15 per address.
Young Charly commits itself to undertake every effort to deliver the ordered goods as soon as possible. Young Charly supplies only goods in Belgium. Please contact us for deliveries beyond the Belgian borders.
Any possible delay does not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, to reject the goods or to claim damages. Any delays resulting from war, uprisings, fire, strikes, accidents and the non-supplied products from the provider are considered to be due to Force Majeure, thereby releasing the seller from the obligation to make the delivery.
All liability for goods in transit corresponds to the addressee. Always check the packages on arrival. You have 24 hours to claim any damaged or missing goods from the shipping company.

Prices are given in Euros. Prices given in product descriptions do not include transport costs. The price given in the Young Charly order confirmation is the final price.

Goods may be paid for by cheque, cash or by Bank Transfer in advance. A discount of 2% for direct payment is already calculated in the prices. An invoice will be issued and sent to the address given by the client. The wines remain the property of Young Charly until all corresponding outstanding amounts have been paid.

All complaints and claims will be carefully dealt with, taking into account that the client is acting in good faith, because he/she has taken his time to expose his/her claims.
In the event of a lawsuit, the client will first inform the company, in an attempt to reach an amicable solution. Should this prove impossible, sole competence corresponds to the Antwerp Trading Courts, regardless of the agreed delivery destination and means of payment.
