Allez Sante! Is a wine that Niepoort has specially designed for the Belgian market. After being transported to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes are carefully destemmed in stainless steel barrel where they ferment at a controlled temperature for about a week. Part of the batch matures in French oak barrels while the rest remains in stainless steel for about 6 months
