A 100% Gewürztraminer, sourced from vines at an altitude of 300-400 meters in the communes of Kientzheim and Sigolsheim. The soil consists of marl-limestone and sandstone. The south-facing plot with its steep slope creates ideal conditions for quality viticulture.
The wine ages for 10 months on fine lees. The result is a wine with 32 grams of residual sugar per liter, reflecting the unique characteristics of the terroir and meticulous vinification.
