Guímaro Finca Meixeman grapes come from 70-year-old vines. The estate covers just over an acre. The southwest-oriented vines grow on slate soils between 400 and 500 meters high.
Produced with the grapes of one of the oldest family vineyards with granite and slate bottoms, the Finca Meixeman is exquisite. The wine is perfumed, subtle and ethereal, light to medium in body but with a lot of energy and light. The wine fermented with 65% full bunches and underwent a maceration of 50 days, after which it matured for 10 to 12 months in used French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters.
