The Supertuscan Le Volte dell'Ornellaia presents bright and youthful fruit with notes of dark cherry, cassis, spices, and red rose. This wine is a blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. You can taste the acidity from the Italian grape and the rich fruit from the two French varieties. The wine is tonic and structured with a medium intensity. It is the entry-level red from one of Italy’s most iconic estates.
