The ruby-red Sito Moresco, considered Angelo Gaja's "everyday wine," presents itself distinctly fresh and fruity. From the 2020 harvest onwards, this wine consists exclusively of Barbera and Nebbiolo, sourced from plots on the most prestigious Barolo and Barbaresco sites. The bouquet offers enticing aromas of ripe cherries and berries, enriched with subtly spicy notes. The taste unfolds powerfully with compact tannins, and the finish is characterized by minerality and a lasting impression.
The Sito Moresco has a garnet-red color. In the fine, pure nose, we mainly discover small red berries. The taste is fruitily elegant and finishes fresh with elegant tannins. The wine is already very accessible even when young.
