This cuvée is produced predominantly with Chardonnay, complemented by Pinot Bianco grapes from 14 certified organic vineyards. Fermentation occurs in oak barrels, followed by the classic method with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is then aged on lees for 48-52 months. This results in an intensely aromatic nose and an elegant, finely nuanced palate.
