The prestige rosé cuvée is made from Pinot Noir, complemented by small amounts of Chardonnay from 16 certified organic vineyards. This is followed by a fermentation of about 7 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures in the bottle for 30 months. The Extra Brut dosage imparts a vibrant freshness and finesse on the palate.
