Suduiraut 2015 is more modest compared to some of its Sauternes counterparts. The wine offers a sense of completeness on the nose: immense clarity with aromas of wild honey and quince that gain intensity in the glass. The taste is medium-bodied with very pure botrytis fruit. Very focused and one of the most intense Sauternes of this vintage. The wine feels long and refined in the mouth, yet it never dominates.
