The 14-day exchange guarantee is part of our daily care for our professional service.

Do the purchased products not meet your expectations?

You can exchange unopened and undamaged products up to 14 days after the purchase without giving any reason. The only condition we make is that the products were stored in good conditions. By 'good' we mean a room that is not exposed to daily sunlight, with a maximum temperature of 18 ° C and with an average humidity. The products must also be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories supplied with the product.

There are two ways to return:

Return or send the products together with the delivery note to our Young Charly BV (2630 Aartelaar (Belgium), Antwerpsesteenweg 61

How do you proceed?

1. You send email to contact@young-charly.com to announce your return.

2. This email should contain the following:

- your order number
- your article number (s)
- your bank details (IBAN - BIC)

3. You return the package by post.

As soon as we have received the package correctly, we will refund the actual amount paid (excluding shipping costs) within 7-14 working days.
