Barbancourt Rhum has been produced in Haiti since 1862, following a century-old family tradition and a unique expertise passed down from generation to generation. Added to the collection in the 1990s, Rhum Barbancourt White is made from pure sugarcane juice, Barbancourt Blanc Haitian Proof rum is distilled using traditional methods of agricole rum, in small batches and copper pot stills.
With a pure and translucent appearance, the nose opens up to a very floral rum with tangy citrus notes. The palate is spicy with hints of fresh cane, leading to a flavorful finish with a touch of pepper and a dry aspect.
