2.1 “Young Charly” BV with registered office at B-2630 Aartselaar, Antwerpsestenweg 61, registered in the register of legal persons of Antwerp, Antwerp department under number 0535 730 505 and known to the VAT administration under number BE 0535 730 505.
2.2 "General Terms and Conditions": in hand general terms and conditions of sale and delivery.
2.3 “Buyer” or “Customer”: any natural or legal person who purchases one or more product (s) or services through this Website, places an order for this.
2.4 “Consumer”: any Buyer who purchases one or more product (s) or services via the Website for non-professional purposes only, places an order for this.

By using the Website, filling the digital shopping basket on the Website of www.young-charly.com, placing an order via the Website, the Buyer declares that he has read and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions and all other rights and obligations as stated on the Website. In these cases the Buyer is therefore bound by these General Terms and Conditions and the mentioned rights and obligations.
Young Charly BV always has the right to change these General Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to consult these General Terms and Conditions regularly.
4. ORDER - FORMATION OF ONLINE PURCHASE
The agreement between Young Charly BV and the Buyer is only concluded after the Buyer has placed an order on the Website and Young Charly BV confirms this order by e-mail (hereinafter referred to as the “Order Confirmation”).
Cancellation of an order before it is shipped is always possible and free of charge. Cancellation of an order after it has been sent must be in accordance with the return policy.
If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order, he must immediately contact the customer service: by phone: +32 3 646 38 49 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Buyer can exchange the purchased products for other products or a voucher during a period of 14 calendar days after the date of receipt, with or without payment of a surplus taking into account the price of the products at which the products already purchased are exchanged. If the Buyer wishes to exchange the products purchased by him, he must notify Young Charly BV (2630 Aartselaar (Belgium), Antwerpsesteenweg 61, email@example.com) by post or e-mail. If Young Charly BV can agree to the exchange, Young Charly BV will contact the Buyer in order to arrange the exchange practically and at the expense of Young Charly BV. Young Charly BV will also inform the Buyer of any refusal of an exchange request. The products purchased by the buyer can only be exchanged if they have not been taken into use and are in the same condition as at the time of delivery. The products must also be returned / returned in the original packaging, including all accessories supplied with the product.
5. PRICE AND COSTS
All prices are expressed in Euro.
Shipping costs are not included. They depend on the chosen shipping method, the weight of the products, the delivery address, etc. During the online ordering process, step 1 will indicate how much shipping costs will be charged.
The chosen shipping method and final shipping costs will also be stated on the Order Confirmation that the Buyer receives upon conclusion of the agreement.
Additional costs associated with the choice of payment option by the Buyer can be charged by Young Charly BV.
6. DELIVERY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
Deliveries are made in accordance with the Incoterm® “Delivered At Place” (DAP) (Incoterms® 2010) at the delivery address specified by the Buyer. The transfer of risk of damage, destruction and disappearance with regard to the products is therefore transferred at the time of actual delivery. At the moment, Young Charly BV has also been released from its delivery obligation
The delivery time is always indicative and is not an essential part of the obligations of Young Charly BV towards the Buyer. Exceeding the communicated delivery period can never give rise to payment of any compensation or to the cancellation of the sale between Young Charly BV and the Buyer, on the understanding that Young Charly BV undertakes to deliver within 5 working days after payment. In any case, Young Charly BV can never be held liable for delays caused by the Buyer or third parties.
In the absence of the Buyer upon delivery to the delivery address indicated by him, the transport service will leave a message for contact. After contacting the Buyer, a second attempt will be made to deliver the products. In the absence of any response from the Buyer within a period of five (5) working days after the first delivery attempt or in the absence of the Buyer on the second delivery attempt, the products will be returned to the registered office of Young Charly BV . The costs of the return, as well as the associated costs (such as, but not limited to taxes, VAT, storage costs, etc.) are for the account of the Buyer. In such case, the agreement between Young Charly BV and the Buyer will be deemed to have been dissolved. Any price already paid by the Buyer will be refunded by Young Charly BV, after deduction of the aforementioned return costs and any associated costs
7. INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Orders must always be paid in advance online by the Buyer.
When placing the order, the Buyer has the choice between different payment options:
